2020 Department Convention Rescheduled

2020 Fall Conference Incorporated

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and by unanimous vote, the Department Board of Directors have decided to reschedule the June Convention for October and incorporate the training usually held at the October Conference.

The new dates for our Convention/Conference are October 8-11 in the same venue, the Holiday Inn & Suites Waco Northwest and hosted by Heart of Texas Detachment. Those who have previously made a reservation for June need to contact the hotel to have their reservation moved to the new dates. There is no cost to do this, and all prices have stayed the same for new reservations. Members can call 877 666 3243 or change their reservation online by visiting this link: https://www.ihg.com/holidayinn/hotels/us/en/stay-mgmt/ManageYourStay

The final Agenda will be published on our Department Website and delivered to each detachment after the classes are identified and scheduled. In the interim, the draft Agenda is available on our Convention Page.
